GROUP DESCRIPTIONS
Adult Intensive Outpatient Program
3 hours of therapeutic groups that will help clients who are struggling more that usual and want to get back to their regular routines. IOP is a great option for individuals who are struggling with significant emotional distress that interferes with their daily life and responsibilities. IOP may be recommended to clients who need more clinical support than a traditional weekly therapy session. Goals of IOP are to: Gain support from others, learn skills for emotional regulation interpersonal relationships, stress management, lifestyle choices to support healthy emotional wellbeing.
Morning Motivation
Get your day going without a cup of joe. Learn how to practice and improve daily habits to increase motivation, productivity, inspiration, and gratitude to change your life as you know it!
Emotional Regulation/DBT Skills Group
Learn and explore emotional regulation skills and strategies to manage your mood with the use of DBT skills
Creative Expression
Don’t like to talk? Express your emotions through art, music, and laughter to relieve stress and discover your inner self.

This Group follows the work of Brene Brown, Author of “The Gifts of Imperfection” and “Daring Greatly”. The Goal of this group is to work the process of achieving Whole Hearted Living to cultivate a life of compassion, gratitude, and Authenticity.
Young Adult Process Group-
Ages 18-25 Living as a Young Adult these days is unlike any other generation. Did you walk the graduation stage virtually? Have a Birthday Parade? Felt like you had to choose between friends and family? Join this Group to process the experience of living through the Covid Era as a young Adult
